Using Google Calendar to Create Personalized Calendars

In an effort to simplify the calendar process and become more "green", Mason Public Schools has transitioned to a web-based calendar program called Google Calendar.  If students, parents, teachers, and community members are interested in learning more about Google Calendar or to schedule individual professional development, please contact the District Technology Coach, Ted Berryhill, at 517.676.0282.

Google Calendar Tutorials and Links

Getting Started  - The first step in creating a personalized Google Calendar is to set up a Google account.  The Google account is free and allows you to customize your calendar to best meet your needs.  Once you have established your Google Account, you can add specific building calendars from the list below by copying the address and pasting it into the "add" section under your list of calendars.  Please click on the links below to learn more about the features of Google Calendar.

If you simply would like to view one of the building calendars, click on the home tab above, then District Calendars, and finally, select the calendar that you would like to view.

Calendar Addresses for Adding to Your Google Calendar Account

DO NOT click on the links below...these iCal addresses need to be highlighted, copied, and pasted into your Google Calendar account by clicking on the "add" button and then by selecting the "add by URL" button.  The calendar will be added automatically to your account once you have completed this process.  If you have questions, please contact Ted Berryhill.
